Seller Agreement
By listing with Lady K Archive, you agree to the following key terms:
- You are the lawful owner of the garment and have the right to sell it
- All items must be authentic and accurately described
- All sales are final, except in cases of significant misrepresentation
- Lady K Archive is authorised to receive payment on your behalf
- Seller payouts are issued within 5-7 business days following a successful order completion
- Applicable curation or concierge service fees will be deducted prior to payout
