Seller Agreement

By listing with Lady K Archive, you agree to the following key terms:

• You are the lawful owner of the garment and have the right to sell it
• All items must be authentic and accurately described
• All sales are final, except in cases of significant misrepresentation
• Lady K Archive is authorised to receive payment on your behalf
• Seller payouts are issued within 5-7 business days following a successful order completion
• Applicable curation or concierge service fees will be deducted prior to payout
