Overview

Lady K Archive is anchored by a physical boutique space, where selected garments are housed within our curated archive and presented through private appointment. Our curated collection is also available via our online marketplace, facilitating the purchase of designer, vintage and pre-loved bridal & eveningwear between original garment owners ("Sellers") and clients ("Buyers"). This allows clients to explore or enquire from anywhere in the world. Please refer to the product description to confirm whether the garment is housed within the Lady K Archive boutique. 

By accessing or using Lady K Archive, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Curation & Acceptance

  • All garments submitted to Lady K Archive are subject to review and approval
  • Submission of a garment does not guarantee acceptance
  • Lady K Archive reserves the right to decline any item that does not align with brand standards, quality or aesthetic. 

Listing fees

Self-Listing: A one-time, non-refundable listing fee ($25.00) applies to all garments accepted into the archive using this method.

Lady K Edit- Curated Listing: 40% curation service is taken from the purchase/hire price of your item. 

White-Glove Concierge: 50% Concierge service is taken from the purchase/hire price of your item. 

Ownership

  • All garments remain the property of the Seller unless purchased by a Buyer
  • Ownership transfers to the Buyer only once full payment has been received and the sale is confirmed

Fulfilment & Shipping

  • For all Self-Listed garments within the Lady K Archive, unless stated otherwise, are dispatched directly by the original seller
  • Once a hire/purchase is confirmed, Lady K Archive will pass delivery details to the original owner
  • The seller is responsible for carefully packing and dispatching the garment using Australia Post Express with tracking
  • Lady K Archive facilitates communication and coordination throughout the process
  • For all Lady K Curated listings, unless stated otherwise, are prepared and ready for collection from our boutique, or carefully packed and dispatched for shipping where applicable.

Condition & Care

  • Sellers must ensure garments are clean, accurately described and free from undisclosed damage prior to listing
  • Any existing flaws must be disclosed before acceptance into the archive
  • Buyers agree to handle all garments with care

Purchases & Final Sale

  • All purchases are final sale, except where required under Australian Consumer Law
  • Hire option may be available upon enquiry
  • Lady K Archive does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind

Liability

  • For Self-listing garments, Lady K acts solely as a facilitator between Buyer and Seller
  • Lady K Archive is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit
  • While every effort is made to ensure a trusted experience, Lady K Archive is not responsible for disputes arising directly between Buyers and Sellers.

Right to Amend

Lady K Archive reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
